LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2023

Theme:
"The Glory Of God's Order"
Purpose
This leadership conference is designed to bring and set order for the re-establishment and development of Kingdom ministry for the Free Church of God. But even more than that to bring illumination to the fact that there is "Glory" in God's order. For God's Kingdom to come and His will be done on earth, there must be recognition of, respect for and a responsibility to order among those who have either volunteered or have been drafted to lead this present age.
Plan
The plan is to gather the saints for "REAL TALK" sessions that are guided by facilitators who skillfully use the word of God as the foundation for success in the Work of God. The following subjects will be discussed:

God's Work Order for the Church - The detailed description of offices and those who occupy them that exposes how God's church should work.

God's Worship Order for the Church - The Biblical explanation of what effective worship looks like.

God's Word Order for the Church - A journey that leads to discovering the importance and the impact of intentional, systematic and thorough study of God's word.

What the Bible says about Doctrine, Denomination and Decorum -Enlightenment regarding the impact these subjects have had on the church while separating Biblical truths from biased untruths.
Produce
It is the sincere prayer of the Bishop, the facilitators, and the entire Conference Team that at the end of these encounters, everyone is fired up, ready to work and WIN, because of the structural strength in God's Order. We want to produce Kingdom workers who plan their work and then work their plan.
